Support syncronous write with ndmp backup

define stgpool says, that "simultaneous-write function is not supported for NAS backup operations". It would remove the necessesity to copy all tapes to a copypool after each NDMP backup.

TSM instance crashed; Error: fileystem full, however no ANR2992W was warning encountered before filesystem becomes full.

Customer is not seeing ANR2992W warning before TSM ran out of DB space, and has what should be adequate space available.

please bring back a dsmfmt like tool in tsm6. formatting hundrets of 10GB volumes is not fun in the command line

dsmfmt could be automized by running a shell script.without it you have to format volume by volume.that take REALLY long time.
