Change of srvmon directory to different path instead of instance path

Our instance home directory which is 20 GB in size is getting full as the hidden collection folder in srvmon directory is using up to 15 GB of the space in instance directory before it can get purged.

RETENTION SET migration from older TAPE format to newer format or Cloud
