Enable nas backup to use container stg pools

Today celera nas backup must use a devclass=file as target for backup. Please make container stgpool available as a target for NAS backup in general.

Add http/https proxy support to Spectrum Protect Server (cloud storage pools)

Spectrum Protect Server don't have the option to configure a http/https proxy to communicate to internet. When a cloud storage pool is configured, the server must to communicate with the cloud provider directly.

REST style API for administrative purposes

An API towards the TSM server is desirable, in order to be able to automate functions other applications/services - instead of having to build wrappers for the administrative command-line.

Expand SP S3 object client interface to allow targeting tape for users outside of SPP

Multiple customers have requested that we allow Spectrum Protect to receive data via S3 and store that data on tape. They need a deep/cold archiving solution with air-gap and optional immutability and encryption at-rest support.
