Operation Center - limit resource usage

Operation Center should have a way to limit the resource that it could use from the servers. By not having, this simple monitoring tool can put the production enviroenment in danger, using far more resources that it should.

Spectrum Protect Monitoring/Reporting 7.1.3 IE11 support

Spectrum Protect (TSM) Monitoring/Reporting 7.1.3 requires IE8 or IE9 browsers. Microsoft, and my employer, are now supporting only IE11/Edge. The request is to update the software to provide a modern browser support point.

TSM operation center reporting issue with DB size of TSM instances in GPFS cluster

TSM DB size was wrongly reported in operations center for instances configured in same GPFS cluster. all instances are reporting GPFS clustered file system size Tivoli Storage Manager Operations Center 7.1.4

Support newer browsers (IE11/Edge, for example) in TSM Monitoring

Monitoring/Reporting for Spectrum Protect must be updated to allow browsers beyond IE8 and IE9 for login to JazzSM to manage Cognos Reporting. Those browsers are the only officially supported by IBM, but are no longer supported by Microsoft. IE11/...

Operation Center not show pre and post schedule failed

When preschedule or postschedule fail, Schedules appear as succesfull in Operation Center. To find wich pre or postschedules that failed, we have to use the comand line to query event and find which one are in Error Status 8.

Monitoring agent doesn't have cluster configuration support.

Usually, TSM is installed into cluster configuration. But monitoring agent doesn't support it. All of standart Tivoli Monitoring agents have this opportunity, but not SK agent.

Reporting in TSM Operations Center

Given that TSM Operations Center is the direct replacement to the no longer maintained Administration Center, it would be nice to incorporate the Tivoli Common Reporting features into the TSM Operations Center.
