Use a linux web client to do NDMP restores

There does not appear to be a way to restore a NDMP backup via a linux GUI client. This means that in order to do a restore a windows server needs to be provisioned, maintained and available purely for restoration purposes.

Implement Incremental NDMP backup for NetApp filers

We would like to be able to run incremental backups of our Netapp filer using NDMP. ie be able to run a command similar to backup node netapp1 /vol/backup mode=incrEven if the number of incrementals was limited.
