TSM Ops Center screen layout

Support TSM Administration Center Version 6.3 when using Firefox browser versions newer than 3.0, 3.5, or 3.6.

The browser requirements for TSM Administration Center Version 6.3 are Firefox 3.0, 3.5, and 3.6. The current Firefox version is 22. The Admin Center should use Firefox version 3.6 or later.
