The virgo log needs to be consistent with SPP server timezone.

Add vSnap Utilisation to the 'Protected VMs Report'

There is not currently an option within SPP to show how much capacity a particular VM is using on the vSnap Storage. This could be displayed either in the vSnap Utilisation Report, or the Protected VMs report.
