Replication job shows as error

SPP shows a replication job as a failure, but only because there was nothing to replicate not because of an actual error. Perhaps the error message type could be changed here so the job doesn't fail.

Customer has asked for a way to do two items: 1) Recover from the loss of a vsnap server where the storage is still viable if mounted to another vsnap server. 2) As needed move data off of one vsnap server to another vsnap server.
