Spectrum Protect Plus direct archive to on-prem COS

Archive in an SPP SLA policy is only available to cloud services (ICOS, AWS, etc). I am requesting that the archive function in SPP allow for S3 connectivity to on-prem COS. I have a similar request in ID#151074.

The functionality of the CDM processes themselves should be monitored on the appliance and the possibility to receive alerts when the main CDM program has problems.

Add SNMP monitoring capabilities to CDM

The IBM Spectrum Copy Data Management appliance does provide SMTP to send alerts when an SLA or job fails.For integration in monitoring/event management tools, the ability to select SNMP trap sending is required.
